SHRSED IPS is promoted by Society for Human Resources & Socio-Economic Development,  a Non-Governmental organization committed to social development through individual’s growth.  The organization, through its well designed programmes tries to groom employees/students who wish to acquire higher skill development and  to become competent professionals as well.  In the past 5 years the SHRSED has conducted number of short term training programmes for Executives/Professionals to enhance and update their managerial capacities  through well designed EDPs.

The SHRSED IPS is an emerging Institute in the Hospitality, Travel, Tourism management and Personality  Development areas.  All the courses are conducted in collaboration with the Mistywindvalley Resorts, (Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India accredited) where theory and practical classes are conducted for the better industry exposure to its students.

The SHRSED IPS Hospitality and Tourism management courses are extremely relevant for students who are interested in Tourism and Hotel Industry as the country has seen exponential growth in the tourism and hospitality sectors in the last couple of years creating jobs at every level in the industry. During this course, the students develop their managerial and leadership skills, gain industry insights and analyse the current local and international market trends and challenges currently affecting business. The program helps them gain an in-depth understanding of managing projects in the industry and build their strategic planning capabilities.
