PLACEMENT

Bringing the gap between industry and students. SHRSED IPS focuses on bringing industry experts and students on the same plat form through guest talks and seminars to make a way for dialogue for better placement.  We believe our students are our Ambassadors and it is our main moto to train them appropriately and place them with good organisations or to be an entrepreneur.  Therefore, we have created dedicated Placement Cell that facilitates on the Job training & placement assistance with our Collaborator and leading partners. The Cell provides support and mentorship to the budding entrepreneurs through social incubators and in-house mentors.   The Placement Cell caters to the employment needs of the students passing out. It undertakes the following activities:

• Networking with prospective companies/organizations and then contacting them
• Conduct pre-placement and entrepreneurship training
• CV building sessions
• Training the students to equip them with the required skills
• Making presentations to the interested companies
• Planning the placement period
• Facilitating the recruitment procedure until joining
• Dealing with reference checks from organizations
• Keeping a track of all the walk-in interview opportunities available online
• Train them to prepare project reports to become an Entrepreneur
• Encourage the students to attend Start-up seminars/trainings
